Get a Rebate when Buying or Selling a Home

Now you can save hundreds, even thousands, of dollars on the purchase of a new home or on the sale of your current home.

Through a special arrangement with four major Realtors, Wescom members can get a 25% rebate on real estate brokerage commissions when any of these four brokers are used as the buying or listing agent on your home.

During an average real estate transaction, the buyer's agent and the seller's agent sometimes each get a 3% commission. For example, if you are buying a $200,000 home, the agent's commission could be $6,000. You'll receive a rebate of 25% of that amount, which means that you could save $1,500 with this program.

You can also get this savings if you sell a home through these selected Realtors, because you'll get 25% of the listing agent's commission.
